The QT8-15D Block Making Machine is specialized equipment for producing construction blocks. It utilizes industrial waste such as fly ash and furnace slag, along with raw materials like river sand, crushed stone, and cement. By simply changing molds, it can produce various concrete products, including hollow blocks, porous bricks, curb stones, paving bricks, grass pavers, tree pit blocks, and slope protection bricks. Additionally, it can be equipped with a color coating system to produce layered (multi-colored) products.

It features variable frequency stepless speed regulation and PLC + touch screen control, providing high metering accuracy and automatic fault self-diagnosis.
Flexible Production Line: Can be integrated with a PLD1200 batcher, JS500 mixer, 8-meter belt conveyor, and a palletizer to form a compact production line.
