Product Overview
The biggest feature of an autogenous mill is that it can directly feed raw ore or coarsely crushed ore from the mining site into the mill. Usually, minerals are fed into the mill for grinding according to a certain particle size ratio. The self grinding machine can grind the material to 0.074mm in one go, and its content accounts for more than 20%~50% of the total product. The crushing ratio can reach 4000-5000, which is more than ten times higher than ball and rod mills.
Self grinding machine is a new type of grinding equipment that combines both crushing and grinding functions. It uses the ground material itself as the medium and achieves crushing through mutual impact and grinding, hence the name of the self grinding machine. Self grinding machines are also known as medium free mills.
