Cement Rotary Kiln

The cement rotary kiln is mainly used for the calcination of cement clinker, including dry process cement rotary kiln, semi-dry process cement rotary kiln, and wet process cement rotary kiln. The raw meal powder is fed into the kiln cylinder from the high end of the kiln tail. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the kiln cylinder, the material undergoes a composite motion of rolling along the circumferential direction and moving from the high end to the low end along the axial direction. The raw materials go through processes such as decomposition and sintering inside the kiln, and the sintered cement clinker is discharged from the lower end of the kiln cylinder.
