Product Overview
Cylinder screen is suitable for screening various loose materials, widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, building materials, and also suitable for sand and gravel yards.
Working principle
The cylindrical screen mainly consists of a motor, a reducer, a drum device, a frame, a sealing cover, and a material inlet and outlet. The whole is in an inclined state with the ground surface, and the outside is sealed by a sealed isolation cover to prevent environmental pollution. By using a variable speed deceleration system, the screening cylinder rotates at a certain speed, and materials are separated from top to bottom through the screening cylinder. Fine materials are discharged from the lower part of the front end of the screening cylinder, while coarse materials are discharged from the tail end of the lower end of the screening cylinder.
