Product Overview
The cylindrical ore washing machine is used to clean the raw ore, guide the ore into the cylinder, and clean it through the rolling and flushing of the cylinder to remove the adhered sediment impurities in the raw ore. It also has a certain screening ability to make the ore meet the process requirements. This machine is suitable for washing ores with particle sizes below 250mm.
Working principle
The material enters the cylinder from the feeding end and is quickly pushed towards the discharge guide plate due to the spiral action of the mixing plate; Due to the rotation of the cylinder, the material constantly flips and is washed by water, causing the mud and sand impurities melted in water in the material to be discharged from the feed end with water. The material enters the sieve cylinder through the discharge guide plate for simple screening.
Structural characteristics
This machine is composed of a cleaning cylinder, a supporting wheel device, a blocking supporting wheel device, a transmission device, and other parts. The cylinder is supported on the supporting wheel device and the blocking supporting wheel device through front and rear rolling rings. A pair of blocking wheels on the blocking wheel device prevents axial movement, and the transmission device drives the cylinder to rotate through the large gears on the cylinder.
