Product Overview

Ring hammer crusher is an impact rotor crusher with a ring hammer. The ring hammer can not only rotate with the rotor, but also rotate around the hammer pin shaft. The adjustment of discharge particle size is achieved by replacing different specifications of sieve plates.

Working principle

The main working component of a hammer crusher is a rotor with a hammer head, which is composed of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft, and a hammer head. A sieve plate is installed at the lower part of the rotor. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material enters the machine from the upper feeding port. It is crushed by the impact and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer. Fine materials smaller than the mesh size are discharged through the sieve plate, while coarse materials larger than the mesh size are prevented from continuing to break on the sieve plate, and finally discharged through the sieve plate.
