Working principle

The machine is mainly composed of rotating parts, lifting plates, transmission devices, support devices, and sealing rings. Our factory's dryer adopts a new type of lifting plate device, which has multiple functions such as guidance, flow equalization, and lifting. It can make the materials evenly distributed in the radial section of the dryer, and the material curtain becomes thin, uniform, and complete, fully contacting the hot airflow, achieving the goal of fully utilizing heat energy.

The dryer adopts a downstream heating method. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried slide into the cylinder from the feed box and feed, and are pushed back by the spiral plate. Due to the inclined placement of the dryer, on the one hand, the material flows towards the rear under the action of gravity and rotation, and on the other hand, the material is repeatedly picked up by the copying board, carried to the upper end and continuously scattered, forming a uniform curtain inside the cylinder, which fully exchanges heat with the hot air flow inside the cylinder. Due to the repeated scattering of the material, the moisture content is gradually dried, thus achieving the purpose of drying.
