Stone Production Line

The stone production line mainly consists of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, vertical impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and electrical control system. It is capable of crushing and screening materials such as limestone, marble, granite, basalt, and pebble, producing various sizes of construction aggregates. The processing capacity ranges from 30 to 1000 tons per hour. Project Overview

Working Principle

Large stone blocks are transported to the storage bin by a loader. They are then evenly fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder at the bottom of the bin for coarse crushing. The materials after coarse crushing are conveyed by a belt conveyor to the cone crusher for further crushing. The crushed materials are then transported by a belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening. If the materials do not meet the required particle size, they are sent back to the cone crusher for secondary crushing via the belt conveyor. The materials that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the vertical impact crusher for shaping by the belt conveyor. The shaped materials are then conveyed by the belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening, where different sizes of stones are separated. These stones are finally transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor.
