Product Overview
The disc pelletizer is a machine used to produce feed balls with a diameter of 6–15 mm. It serves as the pelletizing equipment for raw meal required by shaft kilns and Lepol rotary kilns in cement plants.
Working principle
After the working motor of the pendulum feeder is started, its power is transmitted to the reducer for deceleration through the triangular belt. The decelerated power is transmitted to the eccentric wheel with adjustable eccentricity (the position of the eccentric wheel needs to be adjusted according to the size of the feeding amount), and then the eccentric wheel drives the swing bottom plate to swing in a reciprocating arc through a connecting rod, causing the feeding port to open and close repeatedly. The ore located in the ore bin above the feeder is discharged from the feeding port through the internal cavity of the feeder body at a constant speed, ensuring uniform feeding production of the ball mill.
